“This was a great location for our first visit to NYC! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were able to check in to one of our two rooms when we arrived at noon, which was wonderful after our red eye flight. The rooms were definitely on the small side but the beds were comfy, the a/c worked well, and they were cleaned every day, so they provided everything that we needed. We stayed on the top floor with a great view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here……

“Great place to stay to access West Yellowstone! You can reach the park, restaurants, & shops in 10 minutes. Opposite direction is a 15 minute drive to a good grocery store in Idaho. Both bedrooms are downstairs. Upstairs has pull out couches for beds. There is no AC upstairs but with the windows open it is extremely pleasant at night. There is no washer/dryer. Only one shower upstairs; downstairs bathroom has a large bathtub. Wonderful place, highly recommend!”

“It is a very decent set up just needs some attention to cleanliness. Storing the spare blankets and pillows on the floor of the closet, how clean are they? Please provide sheets without stains, very unnerving. I shouldn’t have to clean the space, but I did because we were there 3 nights. The first night the house smelled like sour milk! With a little effort you can make this a pleasant place to stay. Very quiet and comfy bed!”

“This is a great property to stay at if you are spending a couple of nights. Kitchen was great, Cooked a couple of simple meals. Couple of negatives., the steep stairs and the laundry dryer's air filter was awfully dirty. I don't just mean the lint was not removed. The mesh in the filter is black from dirt and should be was out with soap and water to make it look clean. But overall we would recommend to others.”
